Order Preparation
Any order placed before 2 PM (Paris time), from Monday to Friday, is prepared and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the next business day.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
France: 2 to 3 business days
Europe: 3 to 7 business days
International: 5 to 10 business days
These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or customs formalities.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free shipping on orders over €100.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package in real-time.

Customs and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and hygiene protection intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at: retour@solemarathelabel.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 173 Rue Anatole France, 69100 Villeurbanne, France.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at retour@solemarathelabel.com.

For hygiene reasons, any item returned with traces of use, makeup, sunscreen, water, perfume, or with the hygiene protection removed, cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items or items purchased as part of promotional operations may be subject to a credit note or exchange, depending on the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.solemarathelabel.combetween SOLÉMARA and any person making a purchase through the site.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs and visuals are presented for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may appear depending on the screens used.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
SOLÉMARA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order
Any order is considered final after payment validation.
A confirmation email is sent automatically after the order is registered.
SOLÉMARA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or non-payment.

5. Payment
Payment is secured and made via the payment methods offered on the site.
The order is shipped only after payment validation.

6. Delivery
Orders are prepared the same day when placed before 2:00 PM (Paris time), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are prepared on the next business day.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or destination.
Delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more.

7. Returns
The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return.
Items must be returned:
• unworn;
• unwashed;
• with their original tags;
• in their original packaging;
• with the hygienic protection intact.
For hygiene reasons, any product that has been worn, washed, stained, or from which the hygienic protection has been removed cannot be returned or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of preparation error or defective product.

8. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), the refund is made to the payment method used during the order, within a maximum of 14 days.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your Solémara swimsuit, we recommend that you:

Lay flat to dry, in the shade.

Delicate care will help maintain the fabric's elasticity, color vibrancy, and quality finishes season after season.

We work closely with our manufacturer at every stage of development to ensure high standards of quality and manufacturing.
